Have Wise or Affluent fame as the highest and above level 3 after three years from the start of the playthrough. Have Brave or Orderly fame as the highest and above level 3 after three years from the start of the playthrough. Requires either being a Ruler or serving under one. Have Kind fame as the highest and above level 3 after three years from the start of the playthrough. Ruler only, is triggered by another army instead of yours. Marshal and Strategist exists together in the enemy army. Your province and an enemy province have a fixed specific strength of growth. Interact with the character to get the option. Will trigger on the 2nd brother that is sworn to, will not happen if any are replaced. Play as Liu Bei, Guan Yu or Zhang Fei and become sworn siblings with the other two. Requires a spouse or sworn sibling as well as high Brave fame for the option to appear. Successfully rebel against your own Ruler. If you pick no this event trigger will not happen again. The following turn you will get a message asking to take the throne. Must be a Ruler with Affluent at Level 6, pick Imperial Seal (Special). High Brave will result in Marshal, High Wise will result in Strategist. Get promoted to Marshal or Strategist by your Ruler. Successfully raise an army and form a new kingdom (Raise Banner).
Note some events can't be triggered with generic officers as the recipient and will require either a Musou general or a CaW, additionally those meant to trigger during battles will not happen if you have an online helper.
