The digital one doesn't make sound, the audio output does.You also may try to switch off the output you don't need. It should make the sound to be heard.My standard card has the audio output (1-2) and the digital one (3-4).
Try different outputs choosing them from the 'Out' popup in FL (on Master track in Mixer!!!!) or reconnect the outputs in Jack Control (see 'Connect' window).
